Farzana Khambatta is the WPN Chair. She is a Process Engineer specialising in Flow Assurance with over 10+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Her experience spans all project design phases, from concept select to operations support. Farzana has a strong technical background as well as sound business acumen with significant experience managing project cost, schedule and budget forecasting.

Vandana Crispin is the Project Manager for the WPN major project GI-WOW (Gender Inclusive Ways of Working). She has worked in the subsea sector of Oil & Gas industry for 14 years. She is a Subsea Engineer and Project Manager at Oceaneering specialising in Subsea Equipment, Controls and Integrated Services. She is an advocate to empower girls in STEM and strives to bring diversity to the engineering industry.

Chien Foo is the Future Engineers Program Manager. She is a process engineer at Genesis Oil and Gas. Through her short career, She has had many exciting opportunities, including an offshore role on Prelude, the world’s largest FLNG.

Céline Lanoëlle is a Get Wiser Series co-ordinator. She is a lead engineer at Atteris and acts as the Subject Matter Expert for Flexible Risers. She has been in the Oil & Gas Industry for 14 years.

Mei Ng is the WPN Secretary and Comms Officer. She is a Subsea Engineer at Woodside Energy, with experience in both office and onsite/offshore environments. Her experience so far has captured roles ranging from the early concept development stage to the integrity of aging assets. She is passionate to continue learning about and spreading the message of inclusion and diversity.

Cristina Cantillo is the WPN Comms Officer. She is a BSc. Petroleum Engineer and MSc. Subsea Engineer. She has 4 years experience in the Oil & Gas Indutry in Colombia and Australia. She currently works as a Graduate Production Engineer in the Subsea and Pipelines Function at Woodside Energy.

Allison Selman is the WPN's founder and prior Chair. She is a Director of Atteris Pty Ltd and specialises in Integrity Management and Decommissioning of subsea infrastructure in the oil and gas and offshore energy industries.

Lina Velosa has been collaborating with leading technology companies, industry associations, universities and people passionate about business and innovation, in the Oil and Gas industry for over 15 years.

Matt Donald is a Busselton born and bred native, with over 27 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Presently engaged as a Commercial Director, his experience includes over a decade working offshore on drilling rigs delivering well testing services throughout remote locations in South East Asia, China, West Africa and Oceania, safely managing crew in high risk environments. From jungle, to desert to snow, Matt has traded the rigs for the office and is now responsible for Subsea Services throughout Asia Pacific. Passionate about people, equality and the breaking of barriers, Matt has recently joined WISE

Tina Yang joined WPN at the begining of 2020. She is a last year postgraduate student in process engineering at UWA.
